Changing Column Order

If you want to move a column over or remove one from the conversion entirely, this can easily be done using the Output Order options on the Convert tab.

To change column order:

1. Click the "Output Order" button
2. In the Page Preview pan, grab the double-headed arrow in the header of the column you wish to move
3. Drag and drop it into place

To remove a column

1. Click the "Output Order" button
2. In the Page Preview pane, remove the checkmark from the header of the column you want to remove
3. Click "Output Order" again to see what your preview looks like now (removed columns still appear while Output Order is enabled)

At any time, you can set your columns back to their original state by clicking the "Reset Order" button.
