Activation Error: All Licenses are Being Used

During the online activation process, you may receive the following error:

This typically occurs if you are using an older version of PDF2XL. It indicates that you've activated the maximum number of licenses registered to your account.

If you are attempting to use a personal account on more than two computers, you will need to uninstall one of them or purchase an additional license. If this is a reinstall and you need an activation released, you can contact support@cogniview.com and ask for a license reset.
