Activation Error: Wrong Version or Product
During the online activation process, you may encounter the following error:
(The data inside the image will be different, based on the product you have installed.)
This means you've installed a version of the software that is not registered to the Payment Code you are trying to activate. If you're not sure what version you own, you can contact support@cogniview.com to find out. The support agents will need the Payment Code or the email address registered to the software to locate your license in the system.
