My Activation Key Doesn't Work
If you're having trouble activating, you may have sent our support team a Manual Activation Request to receive an offline activation key. However, what happens when the activation key fails?
There are a few things that should be considered:
- Has the activation key been used previously?
Activation Keys are single-use. If the key has already been used in a successful activation, you will need to request a new one. - Was the manual activation request generated from the same computer that it needs to be activated on?
The Product Key that is embedded in your manual activation request is specific to the computer that the software is on. If you try to generate a key from a different computer, it will have a different product key and therefore, will return an error when you try to activate. - Are there any spaces at the end of your email address?
Even a single space can cause the software to think you are using the wrong email.
If all of the above issues have been accounted for, it will be necessary for the support team to remotely access your computer to try and figure out what's causing the problem.
